The YouTube star looks back in an emotional video.

Dortmund – On May 1, 2022, the company JP Performance of the Dortmund tuner Jean Pierre "JP" Kraemer (41) turned ten years old.

Actually, the YouTube star wanted to celebrate the occasion in a big way – he wanted to rent the Nürburgring to throw a fan party there.

But the uncertain situation due to the corona pandemic thwarted his plans, and the idea stuck.

Now, on the anniversary day, the tuner has published a more than one-hour video in which he looks back on his career - and also addresses current problems.

Jean Pierre Kraemer: "Most difficult phase of my entire life"

The birthday video (to be found below) does not start with loud cheers, but rather quietly.

Jean Pierre Kraemer speaks alone into the camera, seems depressed.

Obviously, the tuner is having a hard time with his depression, he recently commented on this in detail in his own video.

That's why he's not really in a party mood: "As you've noticed, it's definitely the most difficult phase in my whole life by far," says the tuner.

He does a lot of “tests” and is currently seeing many doctors.

Ten years of JP Performance: "I thought there could be more"

Then he looks back on the beginnings: On January 23, 2007, he and Sidney Hoffmann (42) went into business for themselves and founded the company "Five Star Performance".

On May 1st, 2012 he finally founded his own company "JP Performance".

At the moment of the separation he felt "extreme fear".

But: "I thought there was more and that's not meant to be bad at all, towards him." For a long time there was largely radio silence between Jean Pierre Kraemer and Sidney Hoffmann - but the signs have recently been pointing to reconciliation.

Ten years of JP Performance: "Simply absolutely indescribable"

A year after the founding of JP Performance, the tuner then took off on YouTube - and is extremely successful there to this day.

His channel "JP Performance" has more than 2.2 million subscribers.

As JP Kraemer explains, he has now shot more than 2000 videos and billions of views.

"Simply absolutely indescribable" is where he is now.

With bank assets of 14,000 euros, he went into self-employment, explains the tuner.

Now his company is worth several million euros.

However, he stresses, money has never been "the driving force".

At the end of the video, he addresses his fans directly again: "I thank each and every one of them for every second."
