Death of Anthony, 17, placed by Childhood Social Assistance: the Defender of Rights takes up the case

The death of Anthony, a young person followed by Childhood Social Assistance (ASE), is causing a stir.

“The Defender of Rights has decided to automatically take up the situation of a 17-year-old teenager, found dead near the campsite in which he was received by an experimental device for child protection”, confirmed to us the independent administrative authority responsible for defending rights and freedoms.

This referral follows an investigation published in Le Parisien on the troubled conditions of his disappearance and the dysfunctions that occurred within the Concept Ressource association which welcomed him.
