Summer is coming in big steps and with it the heat in the car.
Drivers often burn their hands on the steering wheel after getting in.
But there is a simple trick...
The temperatures are already climbing to the 30-degree mark, a superlative foretaste of summer making us sweat as early as May this year.
Everyone knows what happens quite often: the car is parked in the sun, we get in, hands on the steering wheel!
hot as hell!
reveals how drivers no longer burn their hands in summer - and it's so simple.
Heat in the car: The steering wheel also gets much too hot – a trick can help
After the car sits in the sun for a while, it heats up incredibly.
The dashboard and steering wheel are sometimes almost too hot to touch properly.
Until that cools down, the ride becomes pretty uncomfortable.
At least the hot steering wheel would be avoidable.
You only have to think about it when parking: simply turn the steering wheel 180 degrees.
This puts the top half on the bottom side of the car and doesn't get as warm.
When driving off, the steering wheel is then turned automatically.
When temperatures start to rise again, some people may wonder how much clothing they can do without on the road.
But is driving naked allowed?
has also researched this.
Far less amusing is a topic that unfortunately comes up again every year: people leave their dogs in the car, underestimate the heat in the car and the animal's life is in danger after a short time.
Animal lovers keep asking themselves: May I break the window?
