Jacques Bouthier, boss of the insurance group Assu 2000, was indicted and imprisoned on Saturday with five other people in an investigation

One of the biggest fortunes of France was indicted and placed in detention on Saturday.

This 75-year-old entrepreneur is imprisoned for "trafficking in minor human beings, rape of a minor over 15 years old, recourse to prostitution of a minor and sexual assault on a minor under 15 years old", reveals RTL .

According to Francetvinfo, it would be Jacques Bouthier, boss of the insurance group Assu 2000.

The preliminary investigation was opened in mid-March, after a complaint filed by a 22-year-old young woman, indicate RTL and Francetvinfo.

She told the police that for five years she had been "captive" of a wealthy man who raped her in one of his apartments.

His wife, employees and a former policeman alleged accomplices

After a few years, the business manager deemed her "too old" and asked her to "find" a younger girl to replace her, she said.

The complainant contacted a 14-year-old girl who, like her, lived in a squat.

To support her testimony, the 22-year-old young woman managed to film them together in a bed, before entrusting the video to the investigators.

The CEO is suspected of having wanted to set up a team to kidnap the young woman, seize the video, and force her to leave France, adds RTL.

For this, the septuagenarian would have asked his wife, two employees of his company, a young woman close to the complainant, as well as a former gendarme member of the GIGN.

All were charged and jailed on Saturday.

At least seven young women, minors or young adults, would have succeeded in the apartment, according to RTL.

The investigation was entrusted to the Brigade for the protection of minors of the Parisian PJ.
