TV man, creator and presenter Modi Bar-On, who passed away yesterday at the age of 59, is laid to rest (Tuesday) in the "Right Rest" civil cemetery in Rishon Lezion with the participation of hundreds of his friends and lovers.
Bar-On is best known as a screenwriter ("The First Five for His Documentary Works" ("The Kibbutz", "In the Jewish State", "Route 90", "All People") and as a popular presenter on the sports channel. He left behind a wife and two children. In theater and stand-up, and wrote sketches for the "Chamber Quintet" program.
