When did they make the decision?
Police opened fire on Saturday morning rue Custine (Paris, 18th arrondissement) after a young motorist refused to submit to a check and fled into the streets of the arrondissement.
They would have tried to overthrow them, according to their own account.
The front passenger, a 21-year-old woman, was fatally injured in the head.
The driver was seriously injured in the chest.
A complaint against X for “willful violence resulting in death without intention to give it”, was filed by the family of the victim.
The investigation will have to determine if it was a regular shooting while the police are not, for the time being, not prosecuted by justice.
