According to our information, only two contractual educators (untrained) were present at the time of the tragedy in this establishment authorized to accommodate up to 12 minors - girls and boys - from 15 to 18 years old, and dependent on the Interregional Directorate (DIR) of the Grand Nord Youth Judicial Protection.
