This incredible story of the theft of an armored van will be dissected by the courts throughout the week.
The former cash courier Adrien Derbez and three other men and two women, aged 30 to 42, appear from this Monday before the Bobigny Criminal Court (Seine-Saint-Denis) for "aggravated theft".
This indelicate employee is suspected of having stolen his Loomis van containing more than three million euros, on February 11, 2019 in Aubervilliers.
But Derbez and two of his accomplices are also on trial for having robbed, on May 11, 2018 in Amiens (Somme), the sum of 58,000 euros by attacking cash couriers.
The other defendants are suspected of having helped him conceal part of the loot which was never found.
