Want to replace a smartphone?
From now on, the transition between operating systems will be less painful:
Meta's CEO and founder, Mark Zuckerberg, announced tonight (Tuesday) that starting today WhatsApp will allow you to transfer chat history between Android and iOS (iPhone) - and vice versa.
"We add to WhatsApp "The ability to securely switch between phones and transfer your chat history, photos, videos and voicemails between Android and iPhone while maintaining end-to-end encryption," Zuckerberg wrote in a Facebook post.

"This is a sought-after feature. We launched the ability to switch from iPhone to Android last year, and now we've also added the option from Android to iPhone," Zuckerberg added.
As you know, this is a solution to one of the biggest problems ever in WhatsApp, and quite a few people who are thinking about switching from Android to iPhone give up on the idea because of the desire to preserve history.
