Around 60,000 new cases of Covid are detected every day in France.
Last Friday, 79,262 cases were reported by Public Health France.
The Minister of Health also called for vulnerable people, especially people over the age of 60, to receive their second booster dose of vaccine, a real "
weapon
" to fight against this seventh wave of Covid.
