", declared the administrative court of Paris in a decision handed down on Tuesday.
The court also decided that the state had committed a fault by making “
statements which may have had the effect, in particular, of dissuading the population from using masks
”.
With this decision, which follows around thirty complaints against the State by former Covid 19 patients, the justice system explicitly calls into question part of the State's management of the health crisis.

China halves quarantine for arrivals from overseas
