The renewed Skoda Karok in Israel, the price is not easy to digest
About six months after the introduction of the Skoda Karok facelift, it arrives in Israel.
There is no change in the engine, the design changes are slight, the instrumentation specifications have been changed, but the price has jumped significantly

Champion Motors, an importer of Skoda to Israel, begins marketing the redesigned Karok.
The facelift, which was introduced about six months ago, includes aligning with the new Skoda front in the grille design, a prominent chrome frame around it, new headlights and more.
Total not a revolution, but as mentioned a very slight update.
The one that still remains the same is the engine-gearbox combination.
As before the update, this is the group's 1.5-liter engine with 150 hp and 25.5 kg.
The gearbox is a dual-clutch with 7 transmission ratios.
Performance is a leap to 100 km / h in 8.9 seconds and a maximum of 210 km / h.
The revamped model will be marketed in two trim levels: Ambition as the entry level and more equipped style.

The changes in the Ambition finish level include the addition of parking sensors and a reversing camera and 17-inch rims instead of the 16-inch so far.
In addition to the equipment that existed before such as keyless propulsion, 230V socket, split climate control with air conditioning outlets for the rear seat and more.
At the finish level, a style of 10.25-inch multimedia screen is added, with electric direction for the front seats, a sunroof and 18-inch rims.
Safety systems include distance warning with automatic braking, lane departure correction, adaptive cruise control, reversing braking and more.
On the other hand, the model omits a car alert in "dead space" and a cross-traffic alert when reversing.

Chip crisis, supply difficulties, soaring demand and rising prices for raw materials, all these join the wave of rising prices of new cars and Skoda Karok is not unusual in this sense, but with him the price jump is very significant.
The Ambition finish level will cost NIS 168,000, an addition of NIS 14,500 to the price of the previous version.
The Style finish level will cost NIS 190,000 - an additional NIS 26,000 for the price.
