Ready for the new feature? Your Facebook page is about to change Israel today

Mark Zuckerberg announced a new and requested chronological feed, which is integrated these days in the old social network • Is this what will help it in the fight of the fearless against Tiktok?

Facebook continues its trend of improvement and streamlining, and today (Thursday) Mark Zuckerberg announced the addition of a highly requested and requested feature, some would even say necessary, to the social network that tries to give a facet and even resemble Tiktok: a new tab called Feeds will join your main screen very soon.

If you click on it, you will be able to keep up to date with all the posts and activities of your friends and the pages you follow - which will be displayed chronologically, and not by Facebook's importance algorithm (which often misses the mark, we must admit).

It will also be possible to create a list of favorites of friends and pages under this tab, and it will not contain suggestions for content (Suggested For You).

However, ads will be displayed on it.

This is how it will look.

The coveted feature will be added to Facebook in the coming weeks around the world, and from a check we conducted today, it is not yet available in Israel.

The new tab will be found at the top of the screen on Android devices, and in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen on iOS devices.

And what about the current algorithm feed, with the recommendations, etc.? It's not going anywhere, and in fact will serve as Facebook's default and will be called Home from now on. I wonder how many users would prefer to abandon the home screen and focus on the new feed.

The possibility to respond with any emoji on WhatsApp messages was finally launched in Israel, about a week after it was announced with great fanfare by Meta.

Still not available to you?

Note that you have updated the instant messaging application to its newest version, and you are set.
