In all, the two fires in the department destroyed nearly 21,000 ha.

The prefecture announced that it would bring together, on Monday, "elected officials, economic actors and state services to prepare for the end of the economic crisis and support for the impacted sectors".

Resumption of fire in the Arrée mountains

Four homes have been reactivated in the Monts d'Arrée (Finistère) due to unfavorable weather conditions, in particular the wind, the Finistère prefecture said on Friday.

150 firefighters and 40 vehicles are mobilized.

Their presence "in the context of the fire brought under control on Wednesday July 20, allows immediate intervention on the various outbreaks identified", adds the press release.
