The electric car Freze Froggy EV Beachstar catches the eye.
Although the design pays homage to well-known cars, the look is still unique.
Vilnius – Latvia-based Dartz has a global reputation for hard-to-match extravagance.
The company's advertising already reveals the sensational company policy: "Bulletproof opulence, recommended by billionaires, tsars, superstars, generals and dictators since 1869".
After all, the company produces, among other things, high-performance armored vehicles.
But with the new electric car, the Freze Froggy EV Beachstar, Dartz seems to be making a 180 degree turn.
Because a car could hardly seem more harmless, writes kreiszeitung.de.

Froggy Beach Star: It is said to be the cheapest e-convertible in Europe - and looks like a toy
The manufacturer's website advertises directly with the humorous headline: "The cheapest electric car in the EU".
The Froggy Beachstar is always extravagant, at least when it comes to stepping out of line.
And indeed: The strange-looking electric speedster actually seems - as of now - to be the cheapest e-convertible on the European market.
Because the small mini roadster is particularly striking with a curious design.
This includes a short windshield and short windows.
In addition, the small car looks compact and angular and is based on the Chinese electric car Wuling Hong Guang Mini EV.
But one crucial difference: The Froggy Beachstar comes as a convertible, as reported by "automotorundsport.de".
According to the manufacturer, the Freze Froggy EV Beachstar should be the cheapest electric car in the EU.

Mini electric car and still extravagant: Froggy Beachstar comes as a convertible
Dartz explained that it designed the Freze Froggy EV Beachstar specifically for car-sharing programs, rental companies and businesses as a small, affordable and stylish vehicle to drive around the street or their respective properties.
The Froggy Beachstar seems like a cross between an electric car, a golf kart and a beach car.
The German manufacturer Opel also developed a mini speedster for drivers aged 15 and over as a kind of electric car.
Froggy Beachstar: 300 km range in the long-range version
Usually Dartz is known for performance giants in the automotive industry.
The Froggy Beachstar, on the other hand, offers a range of just around 200 kilometers with a 41 hp electric motor as the standard version and around 300 kilometers as the "long-range version".
According to the manufacturer, the top speed is also manageable at around 100 kilometers per hour.
Tesla recently announced a battery with a lifespan of more than 100 years.

Vehicle in homage to two car legends: Millennium Mercedes and VW Beetle
The vehicle is a homage to two well-known car models.
That's why the manufacturer presents it in the eye-catching colors of yellow and green.
However, the vehicle is available in different colors on the market.
The yellow stands for the Millennium Mercedes, a one-off Mercedes-Benz with G-class chassis and SLK-class body that Dartz built for investor Jim Rogers and his wife Paige Parker.
Between 1999 and 2001, the two traveled around 150,000 miles through 116 countries in the vehicle.
Around 20,000 euros new price for mini roadster
The green represents an even older vehicle, a Volkswagen Beetle resembling a frog and built in the early 1990's to showcase Dartz's capabilities as a vehicle manufacturer.
This vehicle was also called Froggy.
Dartz plans to begin shipping the Freze Froggy EV Beachstar in mid-2023.
Prices should start at around 20,000 euros.
A Dutch start-up recently also presented a mini electric car with a solar roof.
It lures with free range - even when the sun is not shining.
