The Home Front Command website crashed: "It's a shame that a website that can save lives is taken care of like this"
Couldn't keep up with the load: the IDF continues to attack targets in the Gaza Strip, the shooting at Israel continues - and the home front command website is unavailable. Angry residents: "Sad joke." The IDF spokesman responded: "We are working to improve its activity"

The shooting towards the settlements in the south, surrounding Gaza and the Shefala continued today (Saturday), and red alarms were heard in the areas.
In the shadow of the tensions, and after a night in which hundreds of rockets were launched into Israeli territory, many residents complain that the Home Front Command's national emergency portal, which is supposed to assist with emergency information and alert in the event of an alarm, has crashed.
Already yesterday (Friday), many residents turned to the Home Front Command's Facebook page, complaining about the problem: "Your website crashed. Just a sad joke," read the responses to one of the posts.
Another user added in response to our publication on the Instagram page: "It's a shame that sites that can save lives are taken care of like this."
So what can be done?
In the meantime, you can download the application of the Home Front Command (download for Android, download for iPhone).
In addition, in order not to rely on only one application, you can download the "red color" application (download for Android, download for iPhone) which also alerts you to alarms during aman time.
The Home Front Command responded: "Due to loads caused by many logins to the Home Front Command portal in the last hour, there may be difficulties in accessing it or slowness in using it. "We are working to improve its activity.
You must continue to update yourself on the Home Front Command app and the other platforms of the Home Front Command."
