A simple pronoun to their evocation, which sums up all the fear that the Meziani siblings continue to inspire in their stronghold of Canteleu, a town of 15,000 inhabitants on the heights of Rouen (Seine-Maritime).
For years, the Meziani have cut the sector as regulated as that of the hundreds of kilos of drugs sold by them.
In October 2021, justice came to stop this well-oiled mechanism.
Nineteen people were arrested, marking the temporary decapitation of this small provincial empire of "stupe".
