On the night of July 31 to August 1, the attack on the Vitry-sur-Seine police station (Val-de-Marne) had been carefully prepared, a bit like the Molotov cocktail attack on Viry-Chatillon ( Essonne) during which, in October 2016, four police officers were injured while stationed at the entrance to the Grande-Borne district.
