The musician Zvika Peak passed away at the age of 72. Peak, one of the pioneers of Israeli pop who was active for five decades, was responsible for dozens of well-known hits such as "Nasaf Tishrei", "Love at the end of the summer", "There is no country for love", "Music (Ma'ale Maale)" and "Diva", who won Eurovision 1998. The dozens of wonderful songs he wrote have become an integral part of the Israeli soundtrack.
