Habits are good, but without excess.
We must therefore refrain, as much as possible, from repeating the daily grind, from always seeing the same people, from talking about the same subjects… As we grow older, we tend to lock ourselves into a routine.
This can, of course, be comfortable and reassuring.
One would think that it saves us from being stressed.
But we must differentiate between toxic stress and the - positive - stress that activates us and pushes us not to sit all day on our couch watching television.
This good stress inspires us to challenge our brains.
At the time of retirement, it is therefore essential to set new objectives, new projects and new centers of interest...
