Incomprehensible scene for Ukrainian refugees in the Dordogne.
Gathered in front of the Bergerac courthouse on Wednesday, families who came to celebrate Independence Day, Ukraine's national holiday, were suddenly attacked by a man in a car near the scene.

It was Lucas Broucq, deputy RN deputy for the 2nd constituency of Dordogne, Serge Muller.
The man would have waved a flag in the colors of a pro-Russian region of Ukraine, before inveighing against the participants in the rally, reports France Bleu Périgord.
An investigation opened by the prosecution
A scuffle then broke out with protesters and a man tried to snatch the flag from him.
This ended with the breaking of one of the windows of the vehicle, said the Bergerac prosecutor's office, while the rally had until then been "peaceful".
Two investigations have been opened, one for "provoking racial hatred" on the part of Lucas Broucq towards the demonstrators, the other concerning the damage suffered by his car.
The substitute deputy for the constituency was not taken into custody, but he was still heard at the municipal police station at midday, local radio said.
The deputy condemns and evokes an "error"
Questioned by France Bleu Périgord, the deputy of the National Rally Serge Muller immediately dissociated himself from his deputy.
“I do not share his position.
It's quite awkward of him at such a solemn moment for the Ukrainians, ”he reacted.
However, he pleaded a youthful error on the part of his partner and "waits for his version" of the facts: "I condemn, I do not support him, but he remains despite everything the young man full of desires, ideas for our movement, he added.
