Apple's announcement event will only take place this Wednesday, September 7, but Samsung is not waiting and is already coming out with a new advertisement that touches on the iPhone 14 series and advances, as it says, in the "lack of innovation".
The marketing effort of the South Korean technology giant emphasizes the photographic capabilities of its flagship device - the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which includes a 108-megapixel camera and up to 10x optical zoom. In addition, the company is also promoting the Galaxy Z Flip 4, its foldable smartphone. Under the message "Heads will turn, just not in your direction".
The Samsung ad in question
And that's not all, throughout the video Samsung uses graphic packaging inspired by outer space - similar to the invitation to the event released by Apple a few days ago.
Samsung regularly visits Apple ahead of an announcement event.
One of the company's more iconic campaigns came in 2017, when it mocked in a post on its Facebook page that Apple did not offer charging transformers and headphones for its devices directly in the packaging.
Unsurprisingly, Samsung followed in the footsteps of its big competitor - and removed all traces of the posts on social networks because it decided to line up and also remove the charger and headphones from the packaging.
