“Dehors” is the small garden of a red brick terraced house on rue Sadi-Carnot, a few steps from the town hall of Noyelles-sous-Lens.
It is in this red brick house, as there are thousands in the Pas-de-Calais, that ten children, including seven minors, would have suffered the abuse of their parents.
The latter, Marc R., aged 44, and Christine B., 40, placed under judicial supervision, will be tried next January for serious educational deficiencies and "violence of a minor aged 15 by ascendant".
