In fact, Facebook's goal is to give users the opportunity to have a conversation in real time, without publishing a post and waiting for responses. The community managers will be able to categorize the chats according to different conversation topics, and thus people will be able to easily reach conversations on topics that interest them. Also, It will be possible to open chats intended for written messages or voice calls (up to 30 members), as well as share video clips.
"Community chats allow people to connect more deeply with communities in real time around the topics that matter to them in multiple formats, including text, audio and video," Facebook said.
"Most people use feeds to discover content and use messaging for deeper connections. More than a billion people use Messenger to connect with friends," Zuckerberg wrote.

In addition to this, later it will be possible to manage a community chat within the Messenger application - by voice or video, and divide the topics into categories.
Meanwhile, the community managers will receive new tools to control and control the conversation in chats, including deleting messages, silencing, suspending and blocking people who have improved the procedures.
Also, administrators will be able to define procedures for enforcing the discourse in chats, which will automatically act against those who break the rules.
The community chats on Messenger and Facebook will first be available in selected countries, and will later be expanded to communities around the world -
