But a vast Odoxa survey for the Mutuelle nationale des hospitaliers (MNH) and
Le Figaro Santé
allows us to put figures on this feeling, and these are eloquent.
While two days of mobilization of hospital staff will follow, this Thursday at the call of the CGT, and next Tuesday with FO, the CFDT and the Unsa, the difficulties reported by the doctors, nurses and caregivers have worsened since the previous such study four years ago.
The proportion of hospital professionals satisfied with their work has thus fallen by 10 points since 2018: they now represent only 46% of respondents, compared to 77% for the average of French workers (up, conversely, by 5 points) , according to this survey carried out by telephone among 1,325 caregivers (mainly hospital workers) and 1,005 adults representative of the French population
