Patients who take up the pen to denounce their therapeutic care, that is not very common.
The initiative is even more notable when the authors of the mail are among the most sensitive in the country.
On August 29, 18 patients from the Unit for Difficult Patients (UMD) at the Cadillac psychiatric hospital center (Gironde) wrote to the management of the establishment, to the regional health agency (ARS), to the Ministry of Solidarités et de la Santé and to the Comptroller General of Places of Deprivation of Liberty (CGLPL) to complain about the degradation of care.
