Assaf Granit's confession: "I hate giving compliments to my cooks"

A dish presented to the judges managed to elicit a confession from the tough chef that actually amused us - but we're sure that his employees will be a little less amused: "There's only one reason I don't want to pass on the dish," Granit said, "I have a serious feeling that it's my cooking - and then I'll have to give him a compliment."
