PPDA case: “I turned around, he had lowered his pants”… The story of the two new complainants

Two women have written in recent days to the public prosecutor of the Nanterre court to file a complaint against Patrick Poivre d'Arvor.

Their testimonies were hitherto unknown.

Maïté, 49-year-old Belgian, and Alejandra, 56-year-old Franco-Argentina, denounce rapes dating from 2005 and 1992 respectively. They allegedly took place at TF1, in the office of the former 20 Hours presenter.

The facts reported appear time-barred, but these two complaints are in addition to the nineteen already registered to date, according to our count, including nine for rape.

So far, the journalist has denied all the rapes and assaults of which he is accused.

In May, he himself attacked the first complainants for slanderous denunciations and remains presumed innocent.
