Thousands of Israelis flocked during the summer to many cities across Europe to watch a performance by one of the most beloved bands in the world - Coldplay.

About two weeks ago, Coldplay announced the postponement of its two concerts in Brazil due to a lung infection of the band's singer Chris Martin.

"It is with great regret that we are forced to postpone the upcoming concerts in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo until the beginning of 2023. Following a serious lung infection, Chris had to rest for the next three weeks at the doctor's order. We are working as quickly as possible to close new dates and will update in the coming days."
