The radio broadcaster, screenwriter and journalist Hadar Tadmor passed away (Friday) after a battle with cancer.
She was 41 years old when she died.
Hadar, the daughter of veteran radio host Ram Tadmor and singer Michal Tadmor-Wall, began her career in the media as an announcer on the IDF and Galgaltz channels, and hosted the programs "The Triangle", "Not on the Loof alone", "We don't want to sleep" and other programs on the channel. Ts, and "relaxed weekend" and other programs in Galagats.
She also served as a news anchor.
From 2000 to 2011, she served as a global economy reporter for The Marker and wrote for other sections such as tourism and consumerism.
From 2001 she started presenting programs and news on 103FM.
From 2003 to 2017, she presented the program "Select" on Radius 100FM.
In addition, Tadmor participated in writing scripts for many programs and series, including "The Jews are Coming", "Tonight with Gouri Alfie", "Dense", "The Kernels", "Wild Horses", "
Radius station paid tribute to her on Facebook: "Hadar broadcast the evening program 'Select' on the station since 2003. Her special, intelligent, funny, witty and full of life personality passed through the radio to listeners who loved her back."
David Ben Best, the owner and CEO of Radius 100FM, added: "Hadar was the 'energizer' of the station, we will miss her infectious laugh and her endless optimism.
We already miss her."
The actor Yaniv Biton shared one of the sketches Tadmor wrote for "The Jews are coming" and paid tribute to her on Facebook: "The talented Hadar wrote tremendous sketches, also in 'The Jews are coming'.
Talented, funny, with a dirty sense of humor and without a classic lack of self-confidence."
