The ceremony is one of the only notable enterprises of AM in recent years. On the one hand, the ceremony is appreciated for the fact that the organization pays great respect to veteran artists as well as to artists who are not famous. On the other hand, it is unfortunate that the recognition is not accompanied by a monetary award. Another problem in the AM awards ceremony, We voted first in Vala!
Culture last year, was the discrimination of women.
At the previous AM ceremony, there was a big gap between men and women in receiving the awards - the 22 awards that were given were distributed to 16 men compared to only 6 women, including Yona Elian before she was appointed as AM chairman. "It will be fixed, there is something to take care of," said Elian Lavala! Tarbut in her first interview upon taking office. She promised - and kept. This year the ceremony is noteworthy for gender equality between the number of winners and the number of winners.
