Six exploiters of unaccompanied minors were sentenced this Friday, November 25 to sentences ranging from eight months to 4 and a half years in prison by the Paris Criminal Court.
The collector of money from the robberies received an eight-month suspended prison sentence.
The court also handed down three five-year bans from French territory.
Since Tuesday, these Algerians, aged 25 to 54, have been appearing in court for human trafficking, concealment in organized gangs and money laundering.
They responded to having, between October 2020 and April 2021 in Paris and Île-de-France, led a network of teenagers specializing in theft with violence in transport and the resale of cigarettes on the sly.
