Rapper Koba LaD, 22, and three other men were indicted on Monday by a Paris investigating judge as part of an open judicial investigation for aggravated violence.
They are suspected of having taken part in a brawl which broke out on Saturday around 6 a.m. in and out of the nightclub "The Key", located in the 9th arrondissement of the capital.
During the clash, three men and a woman were injured after being beaten.
The alert was given as the fight continued on the sidewalk.
A few minutes earlier, the brawl had broken out in the establishment for an undetermined reason.
The rapper allegedly kicked another customer in the head with a bottle.
And once sent off, he was filmed by a witness as he kneed, followed by kicking the victim to the ground.

The rapper and his associates were arrested and placed in police custody in the premises of the territorial security of Paris.
During the hearings, they began by denying then, confronted with the video images, they minimized their involvement by claiming to be victims.
The artist, who lives in Draveil (Essonne), denied having struck with a magnum of champagne inside the nightclub.
On the other hand, he admits having kicked the victim outside.
Already known for other cases
Koba LaD is recognized for his musical talent.
But he also multiplies the controversies and finds himself regularly involved in legal cases.
In November 2020, a video in which he appeared had been widely relayed on social networks.
He was then seen running away, after causing a road accident.
He was finally sentenced to a three-month suspended prison sentence and 140 hours of community service.
In January, the Marseille prosecutor's office decided to open an investigation into a series of violent videos in which the rapper from Évry was first the victim of an attack at Saint-Charles station before his alleged attacker is in turn beaten and tortured.
The musician and his three friends were to spend this Monday evening before the judge of freedoms and detention.
