It is one of the oldest real estate sea serpents in Monaco, which still seems to have a bright future ahead of it.
"The Fishermen's Esplanade", that's its name, is a project born in 2014, the first stone of which has still not been laid.
Nothing says that it will be soon, as the legal proceedings targeting him have been linked and seem never to have to stop.
