This Monday, the former President of the Republic has an appointment with the magistrates of the Paris Court of Appeal before which he must be retried in the so-called wiretapping file.
At first instance, on March 1, 2021, the former head of state was found guilty of corruption and influence peddling and sentenced to three years in prison, two of which were suspended.
