A police officer from the Anti-Narcotics Office sentenced to 18 months suspended for domestic violence

This 44-year-old brigadier appeared on August 30 before the Paris Criminal Court for having assaulted his partner for two years.


A police officer from Ofast (Anti-Narcotics Office) was sentenced on Tuesday, December 6 by the Paris Criminal Court to a sentence of 18 months' imprisonment with a probationary sentence of 3 years, for acts of domestic violence.

A sentence accompanied by a ban on carrying a weapon for five years, as requested by the lawyer for the civil party, Me Pauline Rongier.
