More than 150 people were slightly injured on Wednesday morning in the suburbs of Barcelona (northeastern Spain) in a train accident.
A train heading for that town rammed into the back of another train, emergency services and the Spanish railway company said.
A spokeswoman for the emergency services announced that 150 passengers were "slightly injured", and five others "moderately".
"A collision occurred between two trains at 7:50 a.m. at the Montcada i Reixac-Manresa station, on the line towards Barcelona," a spokesman for Renfe, the Spanish railway company, told a spokesperson.
She said one train "hit the back of another".

An investigation has been opened by Renfe to determine the causes of the accident.
Questioned by national television, several passengers evacuated from the train which was hit at the rear said they felt "a big shock".
Train traffic, which was interrupted in both directions, was restored shortly after 10 a.m.
Of the 155 people affected, "150 were slightly injured", the condition of the other five being described as "moderate".
