She is close to Loik Le Priol, the main suspect in the assassination of former rugby player Federico Martín Aramburú, last March during an altercation in Paris.
Lison Rochemir, 24, has been released, said the Paris prosecutor's office, quoted by RTL this Saturday.
The prosecution did not appeal this decision.
According to a judicial source at Le Parisien, the young woman, indicted for "complicity in murder", had applied for release from the investigating judge.
The latter acceded to his request, and issued a release order dated December 13.
This third-year nutrition student is suspected of having taken part in the assassination of the former Argentinian rugby player, Federico Martin Aramburu, which occurred on Saturday March 19 in the early morning on boulevard Saint-Germain (Paris VIe).
For five years, Lison Rochemir has been the companion of far-right activist Loïk LP, suspected of being the main perpetrator of this crime and arrested in Hungary.

On the day of the tragedy, Lison Rochemir is suspected of having been driving the vehicle in which Loik Le Priol had fled, with Romain Bouvier, his accomplice in the homicide of the rugby player.
The two men are still in pre-trial detention for "assassination".
The 42-year-old former Argentinian rugby player and father of three children was shot dead in the early morning after an evening party in the Saint-Germain district.
His disappearance had moved and touched far beyond the world of rugby.
