In the long test that ANSA Motori carried out on the dirt roads and in the countryside of the Maremma Evo Cross 4 proved to be a reliable ally, a security, and never found itself in difficulty.

A pick-up that pays attention to the essence but that certainly doesn't skimp on safety: standard traction control, tire pressure monitoring system, assisted braking, the fundamental aids for hill starts and electronic stability control, electronic braking.
Under the bonnet beats a two thousand latest generation common rail diesel engine capable of delivering 136 HP for a sump of 320 Nm at 2600 rpm, six-speed manual gearbox.
The maximum speed is 150 km/h.
The consumption declared by the manufacturer is curiously higher than what we have observed: for us they settle at 10 km per liter of diesel, but obviously the variables on a vehicle of this type are very numerous depending on the load and type of road.
Even on motorway transfers, the pick-up proves to be at ease, with good handling, and never in trouble.
In the more than three thousand kilometers travelled, mostly on dirt roads, the Evo Cross 4 has never found itself in difficulty.
After days of torrential rains we ventured onto the white roads of the Maremma hinterland reduced to a kilometer-long quagmire for a strong test: thanks to the 4-wheel drive (engageable in H or L mode), we were able to easily cross fords, streams and climbs muddy otherwise impassable.
Above all, we faced the bumps with the serenity of driving a solid and safe vehicle, with a low price compared to direct competitors which has nothing to envy: 29,900 euros on a turnkey basis.
Evo is certain of its product, to the point of fully guaranteeing it for two years with no mileage limits: quite a challenge for a work vehicle.
The feedback from the many regular pick-up users we met during the test was peculiar: intrigued, they wanted to know everything possible about the Evo Cross 4, a vehicle that hadn't yet been seen around here.
