The lawyer for the President of the Republic filed a complaint for “public insult towards a constituted body, a civil servant, a depositary of public authority” against the clairvoyant Delphine Jegousse, alias Amandine Roy on social networks.

This 48-year-old medium, based in the city center of Angers, is accused of having posted caricatures of Emmanuel Macron on his Twitter account, on one side dressed up as a Nazi, on the other alongside the Marshal Pétain, reports Ouest-France.

She will appear this Monday before the Angers Criminal Court.

Information that the prosecutor of Angers, Éric Bouillard, confirmed to Parisian.

“It is not an assignment by Emmanuel Macron, specifies the prosecutor.

The lawyer for the President of the Republic filed a complaint a few months ago concerning this display, which has already given rise to legal proceedings.

I made the choice to sue this woman because the facts were established.

These caricatures, widely distributed on social networks, were produced by Michel-Ange Flori, a Var poster against whom Emmanuel Macron had filed a complaint.

He had been sentenced for public insults at first instance, then on appeal (a fine of 10,000 then 5,000 euros), recalls the regional newspaper.

But the Court of Cassation, seized by the display, canceled this conviction in December.

In its judgment, the highest French court considered that the posters in question did not exceed the permissible limits of freedom of expression, the display having specified on one of them their satirical character.

The Angers Criminal Court will therefore have to say whether or not it is reprehensible to have shared these posters, which are considered legal.

In the past, Delphine Jegousse had already been talked about: before the President of the Republic, the clairvoyant had attacked his wife, Brigitte Macron.

In a video posted on YouTube and viewed more than 500,000 times, she claimed that the First Lady was transgender.
