While the deliberation of the case heard last June on the trafficking of horse meat prohibited for consumption will be rendered on Wednesday January 11 (a firm three-year sentence had been required for certain defendants), the Marseille criminal court will see a hearing from this Monday, January 9, and until February, twenty-five French, Spanish and Italian defendants, including eight veterinarians.
