It doesn't happen often, but the technology giant announced that there is a problem with the iPhone 14 Pro models that is "under investigation". The solution: only in the next version update

There are hardly any new products that come off the Apple production line that do not receive reviews of one kind or another about problems with the devices.

This time, as expected, it is the flagship series - iPhone 14. In December, a strange problem was reported on the MacRumors and Reddit support forums that began to appear on devices - mainly iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

According to the publications, when booting (turning off and on) green and yellow stripes appear on the screen that disappear after a few seconds.

Other testimonies say that the same lines flash and flicker.

Now, very unexpectedly, since Apple for its part does not respond to any criticism or claims of a defect in its products, the company has released a memo obtained by MacRumors, in which it admits the problem is "under investigation", and calms the concerns of users around the world that it stems from a hardware defect .

"We are aware of the problem and a software update will soon arrive that will solve the problem," the memo said.

The iOS 16.3 update is currently in developer testing and a public beta program, but it's not expected in the coming weeks.

The next upcoming update is iOS 16.2.1, and it is expected to fix a number of bugs - including the aforementioned screen problem on the iPhone 14 Pro models.

The latest version of ‌iOS 16‌ is iOS 16.2, which included several new features, including Apple Music Sing, an update to the maps app in Israel and an update to the lock screen on iPhone 14 Pro models.
