Many Chinese manufacturers imitate the design of the iPhone, often deliberately.

The Chinese LeEco announced a model called the S1 Pro, which, how to say, "draws inspiration" from the iPhone 14 Pro.

It announced the model ahead of the Chinese New Year, which will fall this year on January 22.



There is no doubt that the S1 Pro resembles the iPhone in its external design, down to the level of the dynamic island at the top.

However, beyond the design, of course, there is not much resemblance to the flagship device of the Californian company: it is a mid-market device, which includes a 6.5-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels, and a fairly standard refresh rate of 60 Hz.



The chipset is not exactly A15 Bionic either... The chipset is from an unknown company called Zhanrui, called T7510, which includes a processor with 4 Cortex A75 cores at a speed of 1.8 GHz, and another four A55 cores at the same speed.

The GPU is an 800 MHz Imagination 9446, and there is only one configuration of 8 GB of memory and 128 GB of storage.

If you happen to be visiting China soon (we are less likely to recommend it because of the corona virus), and you fancy a simple Android smartphone but which at a glance looks like an iPhone 14 Pro, it is already available for pre-purchase for 899 yuan ($134).
