About 8 months remain until Apple's announcement event on the iPhone 15 series - and the rumors are starting to gain momentum.

According to a report by a well-known leaker on Twitter known as ShrimpApplePro, the next premium models - iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max (which may be called "Ultra") will incorporate a thinner frame with curved edges, rather than a sharp cut.

The report received a mention on the websites PhoneArena and 9to5mac, where they described the change as being similar to the iPhone 5c, which was announced in 2013, with a flat screen alongside curved edges.

In fact, the design concept is also reminiscent of the new MacBook Pro models (16 and 14 inches), which include a curved shell at the bottom.

Also, according to ShrimpApplePro, the curved edges may also reach the base models, but in which the frame will not be thinner.

And what else are we expected to see in the iPhone 15 series?

The leaker claims we'll still get four models in total, which include 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens.

If this report turns out to be true, contrary to the rumors of recent times, it means that the "Plus" model will continue with us for another year.

According to previous reports, one of the intriguing features, the "Dynamic Island", will come to all models in the series.

The price is also expected to be expensive - about $100 at least, while one detail remains unclear: will Apple integrate devices with a USB-C connector, and say goodbye to Lightning once and for all
