The 2023 Mazda CX-5 becomes more sustainable with the Mazda M Hybrid 24V system.

    This technology, in cars equipped with petrol engines, uses the energy recovered in the deceleration phase to power an ISG which acts as an electric motor, and provides assistance to the internal combustion engine.

    Furthermore, the 24 V lithium-ion battery, with its strategic position, between the wheels, helps to optimize weight distribution and increase safety in the event of an impact, subtracting the minimum possible space from the interior.

    Thanks to the contribution of the M Hybrid 24V system, the 2.0 and 2.5 petrol engines, which deliver 165 HP and 194 HP respectively, reduce consumption by between 5% and 8%.

    The two 2.2 turbodiesel units with power ratings of 150 HP and 184 HP remain in the range: the former can be chosen in association with front-wheel or all-wheel drive, and with a six-speed manual or automatic gearbox;

the second is offered exclusively in combination with all-wheel drive and automatic transmission.

    The equipment of the CX-5 2023 is enriched with an electrically heated steering wheel and front seats, which become available on all versions, an induction charging base for the telephone, and a touch-screen display compatible with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, as well as than the high-speed USB-C front sockets.

    Offered in 10 body colors, including the new Rhodium White Premium, 4 new trim levels, and 2 special series, the 2023 Maxzda CX-5 can already be ordered, with prices ranging between 36,700 euros and 50,050 euros.

    The entry-level version, called Center Line, offers equipment that includes accessories such as 19-inch alloy wheels, Full LED headlights, parking sensors, video camera, and infotainment system with navigator and compatibility with Apple Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto.
