Aviv Gefen released this morning (Tuesday) the first single from a new album "Neon and Candles" which is expected to be released in the coming months.
The song "Puke up the beauty" was written and composed by Aviv Gefen who also produced it musically.
The singer and actress Shir Zoertz participates in the music video.
Geffen is expected to sing the song as part of the "Rock 11 Ball" which will be held on May 11 at Yarkon Park in Tel Aviv.
"The song was written after I found myself visiting hospitals too many times encouraging girls and boys who suffer from eating problems when broken families around them live in constant worry," Gefen said.
"This sad phenomenon is part of the signs of the times when the digital world and social networks reignite beauty and thinness and the 'good life' even if it leaves the victims light years away from their souls. It is the silent and biggest addiction that is rarely talked about. This song is one of the most important songs I have written" .
