While most of the great artists are afraid to express their opinion regarding the legal revolution, the one who showed courage and did it is Rita.
"The democracy we have built here in 75 years is in danger. Stop the train rushing to the abyss," the singer wrote in a post she uploaded this evening (Thursday) on her Instagram account, calling on the elected officials to sit down for talks and reach agreements.
"This is the first time that I deviate from my decision not to express positions on current issues," wrote Rita, "because I have always chosen above all, to connect through my poetry, my art, to connect all the ends of this diverse nation of ours, to shine with the energy of healing and love. But this time I'm already worried and scared! I want so badly to stop the train rushing to the abyss. The democracy we built here in 75 years, in a weave as sensitive as possible, between different people who have gathered from all corners of the world - is in danger. Our togetherness, which we forged in 75 years - is in danger. Look, The stitches will tear in a moment."

"I appeal to our elected officials: sit down and talk. Come to agreements," Rita added.
"Show the nation an example of how to heal one another and not injure one another. Stop the train rushing to the abyss. Not everything that has a majority in the committee rooms of the Knesset replaces the feelings in the chambers of the heart. Such drastic changes are made in the process, with patience, with consultation and as wide an agreement as possible The possible. We waited 75 years. Take two months, stop and talk, before it's too late. With hope for the future, this is all there is."
