Early in the morning (between Sunday and Monday) the most significant ceremony in the world of cinema - the Oscars - was held in Los Angeles.
At the end of a long and uneventful ceremony, the big winner was revealed as "everything everywhere at once" with no less than seven wins, including in all the main categories - best film, direction, leading actress, supporting actor, supporting actress, original screenplay and editing.
"There is nothing new in the West" picked up four statuettes, "The Whale" two and the rest of the films were content with one award at most.

The action comedy full of creativity won the most statuettes tonight - seven in number, including for best picture, actors, direction, original screenplay and editing.
