announced the launch of its two new models that join the A series. These are the
Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34
.
And although they offer few new features, both stand out in the photographic section.
The
Galaxy A54 5G
, which is presented as the more advanced of the two novelties, includes a configuration to choose between 8 GB of memory and 128 GB of storage or 256 GB of storage.
In addition, its operating system is based on
Android 13
with the One UI 5.1 customization layer.
At first glance, this new Galaxy A54 looks a lot like the Galaxy A53.
However, it has become
more compact
in this generation.
However, far from losing his weight, he increased 13 grams, reaching 202 grams.

The changes also reach the screen, which is reduced by one inch: from 6.5 inches to a diagonal of 6.4 inches.
What this panel does not lose is the FullHD + resolution or the

As for its design, it offers rounded edges and corners.
This model is available in four colors: lime green, black, purple and white.
The processor that it includes
is not
explicitly mentioned.
It mentions an 8-core chip at 2.4 and 2 GHz clock frequency and that comes with 8 GB RAM.
Most likely it is an Exynos, but it remains to be confirmed which one.
The terminal bets on 128 and 256 GB versions.
And as usual, not so much in this Samsung range, but in the entire mid-range of smartphones, storage can be expanded with a MicroSD card.
Another aspect to highlight is its battery that has a capacity of 5000 mAh, which provides autonomy for the whole day, although there is no mention of fast charging.
Like the Galaxy A53 it is likely to be 25 W.
Another noteworthy fact is its jump in the
Bluetooth connection
, going from the 5.1 standard of the previous generation to adopting Bluetooth 5.3.
For the rest, it continues to offer 5G and WiFi 5 connectivity, as well as USB 2.0 type C. And of course, it comes with Android 13 thanks to One UI 5.1.

However, it offers a 6 GB + 128 GB storage configuration.
Another difference is in the screen that expands its size to 6.6 inches.
The camera on this device employs a 48 MP main lens, along with the 8 MP ultra-wide camera and 5 MP macro sensor.
Also, the front camera is 13MP.
The design is virtually identical to the A54 model, although it comes in lime green, black, purple and silver instead of white.
Likewise, its battery is also 5000 mAh.
