The novelties are already perceived at a glance, with the newly designed front apron, with the AMG logo and the luminous signatures on the front and rear designed for a strong visual impact.

Mercedes-Amg Gla and Glb
In terms of engines, the Gla 35 4Matic and Glb 35 4Matic will now be equipped as standard with a belt-driven generator and an additional 48-volt on-board power supply.
The second generation RSG operates as a mild hybrid.
In addition to the temporary 10 kW (14 hp) power increase, it enables functions such as coasting and recuperation for greater efficiency.
The 48-volt technology also improves comfort, with start/stop and coasting function transitions barely perceptible.
The power of 225 kW (306 hp) of the 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine is distributed to all four wheels via the AMG Speedshift DCT 8G transmission and the AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel drive.
Sporty performance is combined with a wide range of driving experience modes, from highly dynamic to touring.
There are also new features inside the passenger compartment, where the most recent version of the Performance Amg steering wheel is standard.
The AMG steering wheel buttons are characterized by illuminated displays and an intuitive control logic.
The driver can access important functions and all driving programs without ever taking his hands off the wheel.
The Mbux infotainment system also has an AMG-specific screen design and expanded functions.
The system's mini-games will also help fill waiting time while parking.
The two new models are also equipped with various driving assistance systems such as the Active Lane Keeping Assist which improves comfort by intervening with a slight push instead of activating the ESP system.
The new generation of the Parking Package supports parallel parking and offers a 360° view in camera-assisted parking using 3D images.
New light-alloy wheels are available for all Mercedes Amg Gla and Glb models.
In particular, in the 19-inch range, a 10-spoke Amg wheel in two-tone matt black with a turned surface.
Also available are two 20-inch Amg wheels in 5-twin-spoke design, also in two-tone matt black with turned surface or wheel flange.
Also new are the covers for the standard sports seats or for the Amg Performance seats, which are available as an option for the Gla.
The combination of Artico man-made leather and Microcut microfibre can now also be ordered in bahia brown.
The final color for the Artico synthetic leather is sage grey/black.
Pepper red/black is now available for the leather seat upholstery for the first time.
In the decorative elements, the options now include brown, open-pore lime wood.
